On July 11, I spoke at Richmond .NET User Group on the topic of PRISM and Windows 8. During the talk I showed off an application that used many of PRISM's features and also used a PCL to share a very simple "model" layer between two different Windows 8 applications. The first application is called Restaurant.Orders. It simulates an order screen that would be used in a restaurant's kitchen. The second application is called Restaurant.Waiter. This one simulates a tablet that the waiter would use to select a table and place an order. It uses Azure Mobile Services
